Spite House Studios makes irreverent, adult party games made out of spite. Our titles are sold nationally through Amazon, Target, Walmart, and more—and consistently rank among the top games on TikTok and Amazon.

We’re a small, fast-moving team focused on bold, funny content and scaling it across TikTok, Meta, and wherever creators are winning.

Creators drive up to 60% of our business. This role is directly responsible for growing that engine.

Role Overview

We have a large affiliate network and an active social community. We’re looking for someone to help us grow both—by finding the right creators, managing relationships, and keeping our content ecosystem organized and effective.

You will be responsible for sourcing, activating, and scaling creators that drive revenue. This is a hands-on role focused on outreach, relationship management, and identifying what content and creators actually convert.

This role blends execution with thinking. You won’t just “manage affiliates”—you’ll help shape programs that scale the business.

·         15% Performance Insight & Optimization

 

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Growth & Relationship Management

·         Source, vet, and onboard creators (heavy TikTok focus, expanding to Meta)

·         Actively qualify and grow revenue-generating creators—who actually converts, who fits the brand, who is worth scaling

·         Build real relationships with top performers (Discord, DMs, direct communication)

·         Move high-performing TikTok affiliates into Meta (Facebook/Instagram) programs

·         Own campaigns end-to-end: outreach  briefing  tracking  optimization

·         Track performance and report on what’s working (and what’s not)

Media & Content Management

·         Keep all creative assets (UGC, raw footage, edits) clean, organized, and usable

·         Ensure content is easy to access for internal teams and partners

·         Help identify winning creatives and surface them for reuse

Performance Insight & Optimization

·         Identify patterns in top-performing creators and content

·         Help answer: What actually drives revenue vs. just views?

·         Spot high-upside creators and build deeper partnerships 

·         Contribute to scaling strategy across TikTok  Meta

·         Continuously refine how we recruit, qualify, and prioritize affiliates

 

Qualifications

·         2+ years in influencer, affiliate, or digital marketing

·         Strong understanding of TikTok and creator ecosystems

·         Experience evaluating creators based on performance—not just aesthetics

·         Organized and detail-oriented (can manage a lot of moving pieces)

·         Strong communication and relationship-building skills

·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

 

Preferred

·         Video editing or media management experience

·         Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, or CRMs

·         Interest in games, internet culture, or social-first brands
