At our core we’re a breakout party game brand built on viral momentum and social marketing expertise that is now merging into national retail, and legacy marketing levers while expanding our catalog rapidly (what a mouthful). After our breakout year (0 to 1M units sold in under 9 months) - we’re at an inflection point: turning a high-growth, creator-led brand into a scaled, multi-channel business set up for sustainable growth.
This is an opportunity to take a successful business, define what’s working and systemize, optimize, and scale it into something much bigger at the ground floor.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing Director to own and scale our paid and owned growth channels.
This is a hybrid tactical + strategic role:
• You can build and optimize campaigns yourself across Meta, TikTok, Google, and email
• You can also step back and see the system—what’s working, why it’s working, and how to scale it
You’ll work directly with the CEO, lead performance strategy across platforms, and build the systems, campaigns, and insights that drive revenue.
What You’ll Do
• Be hands-on in ad platforms daily
• Deliver on revenue performance targets
o 3% Month-over-Month (MoM) revenue growth, and
o 35%+ Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR)
• Build forward-looking growth plans tied to targets
• Manage and coordinate with the Affiliate Manager to drive creator growth alongside paid and owned channels
What You’ll Own
Paid Media Execution & Optimization
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across:
o Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
o Google (Search, YouTube, Display)
o TikTok Shop
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and offers to improve CPA, ROAS, and LTV
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
• Manage budgets across channels and allocate spend based on performance
Performance Strategy & Growth
• Identify what’s actually driving revenue across channels—not just clicks or views
• Develop and refine customer profiles, audiences, and segmentation strategies
• Build and iterate on full-funnel strategies (prospecting → retargeting → retention)
• Translate insights into actionable growth plans across paid, email, and site
• Advise on product and pricing strategy to hit catalog gaps
• Partner with the affiliate manager to shape TikTok and creator-led growth strategy
Email, Shopify & Conversion Optimization
• Own email/SMS strategy and execution (flows, campaigns, segmentation, testing)
• Optimize landing pages and on-site experience within Shopify
• Improve conversion rate, AOV, and retention through testing and iteration
• Collaborate on offer strategy, bundling, and merchandising
Data, Analytics & Systems
• Track and analyze performance across all channels (ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, etc.)
• Build dashboards, reporting systems, and attribution frameworks
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities quickly
• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and scalable systems for growth
• Ensure clean data flow between platforms (Shopify, ad platforms, email tools)
Creative Direction & Collaboration
• Leverage a design background to guide high-performing ad creative
• Partner with internal teams and creators to develop winning content
• Translate performance data into creative insights (what to make more of, what to kill)
Wholesale Support
• Bridge DTC performance marketing with wholesale/trade strategy—ensuring campaigns drive both online revenue and in-store velocity
• Identify opportunities to support major retail moments with paid media, creator content, and promotional alignment
Who You Are
• 5–8+ years in performance marketing (DTC or high-growth environments preferred)
• Deep, hands-on expertise in:
o Meta Ads & TikTok Ads (must-have)
o Google Ads (Search/YouTube/Display)
o Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar)
o Shopify and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical mindset—you make decisions based on data, not guesses
• Proven track record of scaling paid channels while maintaining efficiency
• Experience building systems, not just managing campaigns
• Comfortable owning both execution and strategy

• You benchmark/optimize to performance
Nice to Have
• Design background preferred.
• Experience working with creator-driven or TikTok-first brands
• Familiarity with attribution tools, post-purchase surveys, or MMM
• Background in consumer products, games, or entertainment
