You will be responsible for sourcing, activating, and scaling creators that drive revenue. This is a hands-on role focused on outreach, relationship management, and identifying what content and creators actually convert.
This is an opportunity to take a successful business, define what’s working and systemize, optimize, and scale it into something much bigger at the ground floor. You’ll work directly with the CEO, lead performance strategy across platforms, and build the systems, campaigns, and insights that drive revenue.
